If You’re Running Late
- 1–15 minutes late — We’ll still see you.
- 15–30 minutes late — We’ll try to see you; you may need to wait.
- Over 30 minutes late — We’ll assume you’re not attending and you may need to rebook.
Please call or email us as soon as you know you’ll be late.
If You Can’t Attend
Let us know early so we can offer your slot to someone else.

Missed Appointments
- Miss ONE — Tell us and we’ll try to rearrange.
- Miss TWO — We’ll assume you no longer need help; you’ll need to use our walk‑in service.
- Miss THREE or more / repeatedly ignore advice — We may withdraw our offer of support. (We will always write to you first)
If We Need to Reschedule
Sometimes staff or volunteers are unexpectedly unavailable. If we need to move your appointment, we will:
- Contact you as soon as possible
- Leave a voicemail if we can’t reach you
- Write to you if there is enough notice
- Offer another appointment as soon as we can

If writing is difficult, visit our walk‑in service and we’ll record your feedback for you.
