We will make several attempts to contact the client. If there is no response after 3 attempts we will let you know.

How long does it take?

We aim to get in touch with your client within 5 working days. Often it will be sooner than this. If we are unusually busy and there is a delay we will contact you and the client to let you know.

We need the client’s name, address, date of birth, a contact number and a brief outline of what the problem is. We will also require your details including which agency you work for. The more detail you can give us about the client, the better we can prepare to help them.

We support people who live in the boundary areas of South Worcestershire only. However, we do have access to other Worcestershire Citizens Advice offices and can pass the referral on or direct you to the correct local office for your client.

We will make several attempts to contact the client. If there is no response after 3 attempts we will let you know.
