Support
The Community Outreach Advisor works across Wychavon to make our services more accessible by taking support into the heart of local communities, particularly in Evesham and Pershore. We work alongside other trusted local organisations to help people work through complex issues and find a way forward.
Who it's for
People who may find it difficult to access other types of support due to barriers like isolation, anxiety, financial constraints, transport issues or lack of digital skills. We aim to support people who may need a little extra support to take the first step and connect with the right help.
