A project delivered by our Work & Health Coaches in Malvern and Evesham, who are there to support you if you are having difficulties at work due to ongoing health conditions. It is aimed at helping anyone who is in work but struggling to manage because of your health, or if you have recently had to leave work due to a health condition. Our coaches can support you to build a tailored action plan to manage your health, connect with groups and services that could help you, communicate with your employer, and give advice on CVs, job search and interview skills.
Support
WorkWell is a prevention service aiming to support those most recently out of work due to sickness to return to work, or those in work who are at risk of being signed off sick.
We have friendly and experienced Work and Health coaches based at both our Malvern and Evesham offices, who can provide advice and connect you to helpful services and support networks. They will help you to manage your health and work using a personalised coaching approach during 1:1 sessions either in person or over the phone.
They can link you with mental health supports, health support groups, physiotherapy, guidance on reasonable adjustments at work, workplace bullying and grievances, and help with CVs and the interview process.
