No. We will provide training for all of our volunteer roles and you will be supported through an individual learning plan, tailored to your needs and appropriate to your role.
We have a great deal of flexibility in the roles that we can offer. We can work around your schedule and find a solution that suits us and you.
Full training, regular supervision, and a team that’s got your back. We invest in our volunteers because you matter.
There is an opportunity to work from home after initial training if this is appropriate to your role. You will be provided with any equipment needed to undertake the work at home and have regular access to supervision.
It’s straightforward. You’ll fill in a form, have a chat with us, and we’ll get you started as soon as we can.
Still have questions?
Trustees guide our work and help us to stay true to our mission. They may be more behind the scenes but they form an incredibly important part of our organisation, ensuring we are risk aware, compliant with charity law and acting with integrity and due diligence in everything we do.
